About Us | VeraEd

Anisa Awale, M.Ed., is a passionate educator and visionary leader with over 8 years of experience across public, private, and charter school settings. She has served as a teacher, Early Childhood Coordinator, Intervention Coordinator, Academic Dean, School Improvement Strategist, and Instructional Coach.
Throughout her career, Anisa has collaborated with national organizations, including consultants from the Achievement Network (ANet) and instructional coaches from AmeriCorps. These partnerships deepened her expertise in school improvement strategies, data-driven instruction, and building sustainable systems that promote student success.

What sets Anisa apart is her belief and mindset that education must be rooted in truth, empowerment, and human connection. These values are not only central to her educational philosophy, they are the soul of VeraEd: a movement to restore education as a force for equity, excellence, and holistic growth.
